For I am the Lord your God, the Holy One of Israel, your Savior. I give Egypt as your ransom, Cush and Seba in exchange for you.

The path of life leads upward for the prudent, that he may turn away from Sheol beneath.
If the righteous is repaid on earth, how much more the wicked and the sinner!
Let sinners be consumed from the earth, and let the wicked be no more! Bless the Lord, O my soul! Praise the Lord!
That though the wicked sprout like grass and all evildoers flourish, they are doomed to destruction forever;
For great is your steadfast love toward me; you have delivered my soul from the depths of Sheol.
Let death steal over them; let them go down to Sheol alive; for evil is in their dwelling place and in their heart.
But the wicked will perish; the enemies of the Lord are like the glory of the pastures; they vanish—like smoke they vanish away.
You will make them as a blazing oven when you appear. The Lord will swallow them up in his wrath, and fire will consume them.
