I will teach you concerning the hand of God; what is with the Almighty I will not conceal.
For the Lord spoke thus to me with his strong hand upon me, and warned me not to walk in the way of this people, saying:
O God, from my youth you have taught me, and I still proclaim your wondrous deeds.
Behold, you have instructed many, and you have strengthened the weak hands. Your words have upheld him who was stumbling, and you have made firm the feeble knees.
But it is the spirit in man, the breath of the Almighty, that makes him understand. It is not the old who are wise, nor the aged who understand what is right. Therefore I say, ‘Listen to me; let me also declare my opinion.’
This would be my comfort; I would even exult in pain unsparing, for I have not denied the words of the Holy One.
how I did not shrink from declaring to you anything that was profitable, and teaching you in public and from house to house,
See, I have taught you statutes and rules, as the Lord my God commanded me, that you should do them in the land that you are entering to take possession of it.
