to an inheritance that is imperishable, undefiled, and unfading, kept in heaven for you,
But nothing unclean will ever enter it, nor anyone who does what is detestable or false, but only those who are written in the Lamb's book of life.

For the sun rises with its scorching heat and withers the grass; its flower falls, and its beauty perishes. So also will the rich man fade away in the midst of his pursuits.
For you have died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God. When Christ who is your life appears, then you also will appear with him in glory.
giving thanks to the Father, who has qualified you to share in the inheritance of the saints in light.
For if the inheritance comes by the law, it no longer comes by promise; but God gave it to Abraham by a promise.
in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised imperishable, and we shall be changed. For this perishable body must put on the imperishable, and this mortal body must put on immortality. Every athlete exercises self-control in all things. They do it to receive a perishable wreath, but we an imperishable.
Do not repay evil for evil or reviling for reviling, but on the contrary, bless, for to this you were called, that you may obtain a blessing.
