Job 30:17

The night racks my bones, and the pain that gnaws me takes no rest.

Isaiah 38:13

I calmed myself until morning; like a lion he breaks all my bones; from day to night you bring me to an end.

Psalm 6:2-6

Be gracious to me, O Lord, for I am languishing; heal me, O Lord, for my bones are troubled. My soul also is greatly troubled. But you, O Lord—how long? Turn, O Lord, deliver my life; save me for the sake of your steadfast love. For in death there is no remembrance of you; in Sheol who will give you praise? I am weary with my moaning; every night I flood my bed with tears; I drench my couch with my weeping.

Job 33:19-21

“Man is also rebuked with pain on his bed and with continual strife in his bones, so that his life loathes bread, and his appetite the choicest food. His flesh is so wasted away that it cannot be seen, and his bones that were not seen stick out.

Psalm 38:2-8

For your arrows have sunk into me, and your hand has come down on me. There is no soundness in my flesh because of your indignation; there is no health in my bones because of my sin. For my iniquities have gone over my head; like a heavy burden, they are too heavy for me. My wounds stink and fester because of my foolishness, I am utterly bowed down and prostrate; all the day I go about mourning.

Psalm 22:2

O my God, I cry by day, but you do not answer, and by night, but I find no rest.

Job 7:4

When I lie down I say, ‘When shall I arise?’ But the night is long, and I am full of tossing till the dawn.
