The saying is trustworthy and deserving of full acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am the foremost.
If anyone hears my words and does not keep them, I do not judge him; for I did not come to judge the world but to save the world.
“But I say to you who hear, Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who abuse you. To one who strikes you on the cheek, offer the other also, and from one who takes away your cloak do not withhold your tunic either. But I say to you, Do not resist the one who is evil. But if anyone slaps you on the right cheek, turn to him the other also.
