When iniquities prevail against me, you atone for our transgressions.
For my iniquities have gone over my head; like a heavy burden, they are too heavy for me.
how much more will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without blemish to God, purify our conscience from dead works to serve the living God.
And he touched my mouth and said: “Behold, this has touched your lips; your guilt is taken away, and your sin atoned for.”
Help us, O God of our salvation, for the glory of your name; deliver us, and atone for our sins, for your name's sake!
For evils have encompassed me beyond number; my iniquities have overtaken me, and I cannot see; they are more than the hairs of my head; my heart fails me.

But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus his Son cleanses us from all sin. And I will take your wives before your eyes and give them to your neighbor, and he shall lie with your wives in the sight of this sun.
